Helping myself before bed never does nothin! I feel nothing. No pleasure. Temazepam or Valium often does the trick with the sleeping part tho! Haha

Justine - try Philosphy's neck cream - great for us in our 20's. But Clarins and Jurlique offer some decent formulas too. The creme de la creme Dermajuv Neck Restoration Cream - pricey but worth it. Or you could just get an, er... pearl necklace from time to time...hey it works for those prn stars!
